V2RE stands for v.2 Real Estate or Version 2.0 Real Estate. The name is based on our desire to embrace the ideas and practices of Internet 2.0. As you've probably heard, Internet 2.0 (a.k.a. Web 2.0), is the new "interactive" direction of the Internet. Where Internet 1.0 showed you what we wanted you to see, Internet 2.0 invites you to tell us what you want.
